These terms are an agreement between you and Noduri Inc ("Workbench", "we", "us") and govern your use of the Workbench app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Workbench is a DIY and around-the-house project manager that lets you plan projects, track materials and costs, and store notes and photos. We may add, change, or remove features over time. Use the Service for your own projects, at home or for your work. You may not resell it or offer it to other people as a service of your own.
You need an account to use the Service. Keep your login credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Workbench, or older where you live if the age of digital consent there is higher.
You keep ownership of the projects, notes, photos, and other content you add ("Your Content"). You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display Your Content back to you so the Service can work, for example syncing it across your sessions. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to use it. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you do not have permission to use.
Workbench has a free tier and a paid subscription, Workbench Pro. The free tier covers three open projects at a time (finished projects never count against that), unlimited ideas, and the to-dos, timer, streak, materials, tools and warranty vault in full. Pro adds unlimited projects, photo uploads, the cut list optimizer, and inviting people to your projects. What each tier includes is shown in the app before you subscribe, and may change over time; if we remove something material from the tier you are paying for, we will tell you first.
Subscriptions are sold through the App Store. The price, billing period and renewal date are shown before you confirm, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms, not by us. If we change the price, Apple will notify you and, where their rules require it, ask you to agree before the new price applies.
Workbench Pro may be offered with a free trial. A trial turns into a paid subscription automatically when it ends, at the price shown when you started it, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that. Cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. If you subscribe while a trial is running, the rest of the trial is forfeited.
Nothing you made is deleted. Your projects, photos, cut lists and history stay in your account and stay readable, whatever plan you are on. What changes is what you can add or edit:
Resubscribing restores everything immediately, including editing for anyone you had shared a project with. You do not need to re-invite them.
Do not misuse the Service. In particular, do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it, do not use it to store or share unlawful content, and do not reverse engineer or resell it. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Service relies on third-party providers (such as those listed in our privacy policy) to function. Their availability is outside our control, and their own terms may apply to how your data is handled.
Workbench is distributed through Apple's App Store, and Apple requires the terms in this section. They apply on top of everything else here.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that your data will never be lost. Cost estimates, weather forecasts, and other information in the app are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for your own decisions and for the safety of any DIY work you undertake.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Noduri Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or property, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the app's settings. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we stop offering the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as the disclaimer and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
